Tammy Hebert shared a visual of the website and the QR codes for the social sites: Facebook, Instagram, and the website.

ITEMS DISCUSSED:

FUNDRAISERS:

Reserved-Painted Parking Project:

Applications are accepted from any Senior, Junior, or Sophomore through July 31.  Designs must be approved before the selection of space and payment on August 1.  Painting of spots will only take place on August 8 and 9 from 5-9pm. Painting days will be a group thing with pizza, drinks, and music.

Spirit Ribbons:

It was decided that we will sell spirit ribbons before school on Fridays at the Elementary and Early Childhood campuses.

T-shirts:

Glenell Bankhead is taking point on this fundraiser.  She will get the senior design that the students vote on and then take preorders and get those shirts ordered.  Hoping to have them ordered by mid-September.

Also going to do signed year shirts for all the grades.  She will be in charge of taking pre-orders and getting a design and shirts ordered.  Christy Powell has said she'd coordinate all the kids signing the back of the shirt graphic.

Open House Table:

Is scheduled for August 12 from 430-630 for 10th through 12th grade. Mrs. Garmon will man the table. The table will have a volunteer sign-up. A sign with QR codes for the students.  Ask the students to volunteer with the Class of 2023 as student ambassadors.  Push them to send t-shirt designs in for voting. Really push them to fill out the senior student survey on the website.

The game is on October 21 at 730 so tailgate starts around 5pm. Signup for booths goes through Coach Turner with Cheer.  They should open at the beginning of September.
